The post-pandemic era has accelerated the change in the overall environment of education.

The concept of Glocalization has been developed and created, emphasizing that globalization must be closely integrated with localization.

Therefore, based on the existing strategic plan, we have reversed the previous mode of cooperation in art education and further proposed the idea of the "International Art Rainbow Experimental Project" to make art a social practice: through the development of international exchanges, our objective is combining Taiwan's existing own cultural resources, and interconnecting with partner universities to form an art network, strengthening the depth and breadth of international multipart your art network.
